University of Arizona Rugby Student Leadership

The University of Arizona rugby program is technically a club sport. Although the coaching staff and players regard the team functions every bit as sophisticated as an intercollegiate sport, the club format allows student leaders to emerge and to develop skills that will help them throughout life. The club presidents have been responsible for the overall conduct of club matters relating to campus relations, financial matters and some disciplinary functions.

In addition to the president, club officers include vice president, finance; vice president, fundraising; vice present, special events; vice president operations; and vice president, campus relations.

The club presidents and their cabinets have all played an important role in the development and sustaining enjoyment offered by the University of Arizona rugby club.
