Cats Keep Playoff Hopes Alive

The University of Arizona kept playoff hopes alive wih a 32 - 17 win over UCSB Saturday afternoon in Tucson.

Arizona tallied four tries including two by wing Mike Getzler. Prop Sal Bonanno and Hooker Sergey Ptiman also dotted down for the ‘Cats. Getzler added three conversions and two field goals - totaling 22 points on the day.

Arizona led at the break 18 - 10.

The bonus point win gives Arizona a 3-3 league record, 8-4 overall. Arizona hosts Cal Poly San Luis Obispo this Saturday on the Rincon Vista Pitch.
